To weigh or not to weigh?!

You've almost done a week – a huge well done to you. You may be tempted to weigh at this point and we don’t mind if you do – we don’t mind if you don’t. What we do mind is that your thinking is in the right place before you step on the scales. The right mindset is vitally important to ensure that your decision to weigh encourages you to continue – we never want it to demotivate you. Weighing should never make you want to give up.
