The Harcombe Diet: The Recipe Book accompanies this book. There are over 250 recipes in this book \u2013 all categorised into carb vs. fat meals and those suitable for Candida, Food Intolerance, Hypoglycaemia and\/or vegetarians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also recommend Cooking Without and Cooking Without for Vegetarians by Barbara Cousins. These are excellent books for anyone looking to eat real food without wheat\/dairy\/sugar, or to have these foods highlighted where they are used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
