Members of the Nutrition Network are real food nutritionists and natural health practitioners and so I didn’t think they would need much information about fat or fibre. My brief was – no slides, flip charts available, interactive, informative, fun and to give people something to chat about on the way home. I decided to tap into my first career to introduce a personality profiling technique called Myers Briggs and then to show what our personality preferences mean for how we approach diets/healthy eating. This note will be in two parts. Part 1 will be an introduction to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Part 2 will be what this means for your eating habits.
