Hi can I first of all say a huge thank you to Zoe, I read your book in October 2011 after hearing you on radio 4 (I pulled my car over to listen and then ordered your book that night!). I lost 4 stones in around 5 months and have kept it off and have never felt healthier or happier. Thank you so much!! I use coconut oil to stir fry about 2/3 times a week. Is this the best thing to do? I get conflicting advice as it is high in sat fat. I've just read fat chance by Robert listing and it's on his list of "once a week/infrequent foods" but he doesn't say why.
