Hi Andy, Zoe and all This is my first post. I'm on Day 3 of the Diet!! I was inspired by reading Zoe's book on obesity and then getting the diet book and recipe book over Christmas. I'm not THAT overweight but am doing this to cut out my cravings for sweet and processed food to feel healthier. I usually have two strong espresso coffees per day but have cut down to one on Phase 1 (I know it is cheating) but I'm not giving in to cravings. Can I undrstand whether phase 1 will still work if I have one espresso and stick to only the foodstuffs on the diet? Also, what effect does caffeine have on appetite and cravings? thanks Kevin
