How do I stop being a food addict?

By stopping the food cravings. This in turn is done by stopping calorie counting and by making sure that any problems you have with Candida, Food Intolerance and/or Hypoglycaemia are addressed.

You must stop eating the foods that you crave – easier said than done I hear you say and you are right...
