What we’ve covered & how to stay on the wagon
So this is it, the last day of our 14 Day plan, which we’ll use to summarise what it has been all about and to give you some thoughts to maintain your great new habits for the rest of your life.
When we started to piece together 14 days of content, we had some general objectives that we worked to, which you may find useful when reviewing your own goals and achievements.
We wanted to give people a reason to focus on the key message of ‘Eat Naturally, Move Naturally’ and a 14 day period is long enough to change some habits and short enough for you to be able to commit to. While we appreciate that some people like and want prescriptive solutions, we did not want to be overly prescriptive as this would only have provided you with a short term solution. You may have heard of the Chinese proverb “Give a man a fish and you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you’ll feed him for life.” It’s the feeding you for life that we wanted to achieve.
We've given you 14 messages – some with information and some with motivation. Some will have resonated with you more than others. Please make sure these are noted in your note book – if they're not already – to help you keep the thoughts that will keep you on track.
