The Harcombe Diet: The Recipe Book accompanies this book. There are over 250 recipes in this book – all categorised into carb vs. fat meals and those suitable for Candida, Food Intolerance, Hypoglycaemia and/or vegetarians.
I also recommend Cooking Without and Cooking Without for Vegetarians by Barbara Cousins. These are excellent books for anyone looking to eat real food without wheat/dairy/sugar, or to have these foods highlighted where they are used.
