Is it OK to take painkillers?

Q) Is it OK to take painkillers? I had a horrendous headache for two days (caffeine withdrawal?) and in the end gave in to paracetamol. Was that OK?

For your information, I'm following the diet not to lose weight (I'm your height and size), but to reduce sugar cravings. I also suspect I suffer f...
